Context
Fragmented reporting across multi-unit operations with no common analytical layer, creating an opportunity to build and test a broader commercial product around trusted financial intelligence.
Intervention
Incubated Strata from product concept through early commercialization, including customer discovery, partnership development, market positioning, and investor outreach. Subsequently adapted and deployed the platform internally, building a scalable analytical layer with standardized business definitions, source-level lineage, and auditable reporting architecture.
Outcome
